Giving Thanks

By Lorraine Faehndrich

I just wanted to pop into your inbox today to tell you that one of the things I’m most grateful for as I celebrate Thanksgiving today, is you!

I appreciate that you are here, reading this, a part of my community.

I appreciate your willingness to explore and find ways of empowering yourself around your body and your health.

I appreciate your openness, your questions, your intelligence and your heart.

I appreciate your appreciation and support.

Every time I receive an email thanking me for how much a blog post, class, coaching session or newsletter helped, it makes my heart sing!

Every time I hear from you with a question or success,

Whether it’s…

“What can I do if I’m in a flare?”

Or…

“Oh my gosh I can’t believe how differently I responded to that situation, or to my symptoms!”

Or…

“I’m completely out of pain!”

Your questions and successes have me doing happy dances regularly!!!

Spending my days connecting with, teaching, and inspiring women to connect with and trust themselves and their body’s is about the best thing anyone could ever get to do all day long!!

You inspire me more than I can express in words.

YOU are amazing, strong, courageous, and magical, and YOU are a gift in my life, and a blessing to everyone around you.

(Whether you feel that way or not right now, please take it from me…it is definitely true.)

Thank you so much for being a part of my community, and allowing me to do what I love to do.

Happy Thanksgiving!
